By using NEXUS Clipping, you accept these terms.

The service and the parties

NEXUS lets creators join music clipping campaigns, connect their TikTok accounts, submit clips and get paid based on verified views. Labels create and run the campaigns.

The NEXUS platform is published by [NEXUS RECORDS, SASU au capital de [•] €, RCS [•], hereinafter « the Publisher »], which provides the technical tool, creator sourcing, campaign management and the calculation of compensation. The payment of compensation to creators, however, is carried out by the Operating Company, a company established in the United Arab Emirates, which contracts directly with creators for the execution of campaigns. The Publisher is not the debtor of the amounts owed to creators. The Operating Company's billing details are provided to any registered and verified creator who requests them.

Creator status

The creator acts as an independent contributor. These terms create no employment contract, no relationship of subordination and no exclusivity between the creator, the Publisher or the Operating Company. The creator freely organizes their activity and is bound by no schedule or obligation of results.

The creator is solely responsible for their tax and social obligations: it is up to them to declare the amounts received and to pay the contributions and taxes applicable in their country of residence, according to their status. Neither the Publisher nor the Operating Company makes any withholding at source or social declaration on the creator's behalf.

Accounts and TikTok login

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize us to read your profile information and your video metrics via the official TikTok API, in accordance with our privacy policy. You can revoke this access at any time.

Content rules

• Use the official sound specified by the campaign and follow the brief.
• No bots, no bought views, no illegal or hateful content, nothing that harms the artist.
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service.

Compensation

Compensation is calculated based on the RPM and the caps set by each campaign, on the basis of the verified views of validated clips. A clip that does not follow the rules can be rejected. The amounts shown on the platform are estimates: no audience, no view count and no earnings are guaranteed.

Payments

Compensation is paid by the Operating Company, established in the United Arab Emirates, from its own account, by international transfer (for example Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer). The NEXUS platform produces the statement of amounts due; the payout is carried out by the Operating Company.

To be paid, the creator must provide accurate and up-to-date information: identity, country of residence and payment details (IBAN or equivalent). A payout can be suspended as long as this information is incomplete or unverifiable. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply.

Tax information and transparency

In accordance with the obligations applicable to online platforms (including the European directive known as « DAC7 » for creators residing in the European Union), NEXUS may be required to collect, keep and report to the competent tax authorities certain information: identity, country of residence, tax identifier and amounts received. By using the service and receiving compensation, the creator consents to this collection and reporting.

Liability

The service is provided « as is ». NEXUS is not affiliated with TikTok. We may change or suspend the service at any time.
